Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email alex@zamtronix.io with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
Do not send an item back before receiving written return authorization and instructions from us. Items sent without authorization may not reach the correct fulfillment partner and may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. We may request proof of purchase, photographs, or other information reasonably needed to review the request.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless Hearth & Steep elects to provide a prepaid label at no cost. The return instructions will explain the available label and any applicable return-shipping cost before the item is sent.
Return address
Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers from different locations. The correct return address will be provided on the approved return label or in our written return instructions. Do not send returns to our public mailing/contact address unless the instructions for that specific return expressly direct you there. We do not accept walk-in returns.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact alex@zamtronix.io promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the item and all packaging until we provide instructions.
Exceptions
Any item-specific return exception will be disclosed on the product page before purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items remain eligible for review, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item is received and reviewed. If the return or another resolution is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
If you have not received an approved refund after allowing reasonable processing time, contact alex@zamtronix.io with your order number.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact alex@zamtronix.io immediately if you need to request an order cancellation or shipping-address correction. A cancellation or address change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If a supplier declines or cancels a return request, Hearth & Steep will review the request before a final customer decision is made.
