Where we ship

We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the United States for which Shopify displays an available shipping service at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping to Canada or other international destinations.

Fulfillment, rates, and delivery estimates

Products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. Available shipping services, charges, and delivery estimates are calculated for the delivery address at checkout using the supplier rates available through Shopify.

Before an item is made available for purchase, its applicable handling and delivery expectation must be verified and displayed on the product page or during checkout before payment. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Items fulfilled by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.

Address accuracy and changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact alex@zamtronix.io immediately if an address correction is needed. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated, a package appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, email alex@zamtronix.io with the order number and relevant details. For damage claims, keep the item and all packaging and include clear photographs. We will review the available tracking and coordinate with the fulfillment supplier or carrier before confirming a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
